I booked an apartment in Rome for a week from July 22nd 2020 I had to cancel due to Covid 19. This was well within the period to get my deposit back. I received an e-mail confirming my cancellation, no mention of my deposit. They never posted anything on their web site regarding the virus or what was happening within the company. I have e-mailed countless times with no response. I know they are picking up e-mails as I made an anonymous enquiry about renting and they replied to that. They just want to keep my money. So beware..........

Reserved an appartment 2 months prior to arriving - luxury - renovated high ceilings beautiful terrace then, les than 24 hours before an email stating the apartment we reserved is no longer available due to renovations. What??? We can offer you another (for the same price of course) of similar standing - what a load of cr*p! Nothing good is 'still' available in central rome with terrace. We were forced to take another - crappy, unclean, constant running water in the toilet, no pillow for the couch nor pillow cover. Crappy other pillows. Bad beds- couch broken, other double 160cm with sink in the middle. Two showers- one 50cm in width next to toilet with a shower curtain which stuck onto you whilst washing. Hot water took 4-5 minutes to arrive. Second shower was actually the bum washer connected to the toilet! Unusable located under the stairs leading to the 'second' room where one bed was up against a railing leading to the terrace. Dangerous for kids but only accessible for small children. Never use this company - shady shady They trade also under only apartments. Shady shady shady. Our trip to Rome with our kids sucked because of these guys.

The position was lovely and the apartment was basically nice but all the details were poor - lack of bedding, lots of stuff broken and the company was disorganised and unhelpful. We had a good time but felt we had been a bit ripped off as it wasn't cheap.
