· Perfect location to get around all of Rome on foot! Mrs. Ursula is a welcoming, kind and very friendly owner who can put guests at ease. The organization of the rooms guarantees on the one hand the privacy of guests, on the other hand the possibility of using a cozy common area furnished with kitchen, sofa and buffet. Even the organization of breakfast in self-service mode gives the guest the opportunity to better organize. The Minerva room has a breathtaking view of Largo Argentina directly above the archaeological excavations. Wonderful experience, we will definitely return!

If there were more stars I would give it more, Julia and Lawrence are so friendly and welcoming. This is our first trip to Rome and we couldn't have stayed at a better place.. The rooms are spacious and clean. They offer breakfast in the morning that you can do anytime of day. The place is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and historical places such as the Pantheon, the fountain, the colosseum.

I really enjoyed staying here and would love to go back again. The host Ursula is so kind, helpful and welcoming . I felt like I was visiting family. The room was clean, comfortable and large. I enjoyed the breakfast options and great coffee. The location was perfect to walk or easily catch a cab. I highly recommend it, you will love 💕 it.
