I found this place here by accident with my family and we had a great time. Mrs. Silvia since booking has always followed us by phone even before our arrival; the staff is very friendly and helpful, every day the room was arranged and cleaned, towels changed very often, everything very clean, you see that the rooms have been renovated recently, the room is air-conditioned and cozy with everything you need, convenient to the subway, the area very quiet even at night. Highly recommended!

truly strategic location, in Viale Giulio Cesare, 10 minutes from San Pietro on one side, 10 minutes from Piazza del Popolo on the other. In a beautiful building, on the second floor (there is a lift) there is this residence which has a good number of recently renovated and very functional rooms. It's easy to become independent with the instructions provided by the owner, who is very kind and helpful, as is the person who replaces her during the week: always ready to satisfy any customer needs. Rooms equipped with every comfort (fridge, TV, kettle, wi-fi, safe). Breakfast is not included, but goodies, biscuits and the kettle are left, with the possibility of making a coffee in the corridor (even the pods are left in the room). Bathroom a little small but very well laid out. Excellent cleanliness, prices more than good considering the average for Rome. Highly recommended.

Everything was clean, organized, comfortable, and very quiet building and in the room. The hotel is very close to the metro station. They clean the room everyday (every morning), they gave in the breakfast: cookies with different varieties of tea or coffee.
