Residenza Ludovisi

Love this hotel!!!! Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is really very good and gives you the convenience of being close to it all, allowing you to have everything right at your fingertips.!Clean rooms, they have everything you need to ensure your comfort. If I’m in Rome I will stay there every time.

- Be careful on the booking/intermediary between Residenza Ludovisi, Ludovisi Palace Hotel, and other similar names. We requested the agency to book in the Ludovisi hotel, we ended up in this guesthouse, paying even more expensive than the hotel rate. A scam occurred at the residenza/intermediate agency level - Extremely bad soundproofing. Hear everything happening in the next room (loud conversations, toilet usage..), at the reception and in the street - Extremely basic breakfast, and tiny space - Cupboard had a very bad smell, water heater was dirty. No complimentary coffee, water, phone - Wifi did not work and for 3 days they did not fix it - On the 3rd floor, old elevator, no help with luggage

We arrived in at the hotel To be greeted by a lovely man called Mr Caesar, check in was very easy and our room 303 was lovely. Modern, well decorated and extremely clean. Harsha covered our first night and he was very communicative and friendly. He was very polite and look after us well. Breakfast is on the second floor the waitress is very efficient and a good selection of food. The location is great on via Lombardia, good access to all the prime locations. I am definitely going back to Residenza Ludovisi, thank you to all the staff who made us feel so welcome.
