Residenza Mia Suites

Reception staff friendly and very helpful to solve even the smallest problem. Excellent reception and arrangement of the room. Simple but genuine breakfast. Cleanliness more than satisfactory. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Ever since.

I had a really nice stay at Mia Suites. The structure is welcoming, modern and attention to detail, with spacious and comfortable rooms that make the stay very relaxing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to provide useful tips for sightseeing. The location is ideal for exploring Rome, with excellent links to major points of interest. I highly recommend Mia Suites to those looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience in the heart of the city.

Sorry I chose this hotel. I have a problem with a reservation and have been sending emails for over a month that no one answers. I've also called countless times the phone number they provide. Lousy customer service!! There are better hotels at a very good price!! If you hire this hotel beg not to have any problems, because no one will solve them! They're only interested in charging up front...
