What a lovely hotel, the staff are outstanding ( went to the colloseum but forgot my wife's passport, phoned the hotel and they emailed a copy to us so we could get in OUSTANDING SERVICE) The hotel is clean with a nice old school feeling with a lovely bar to relax in at the end of the day, it has central locations minutes walk to the shops and restaurants, (go down the side streets and it's a lot cheaper, 2 mains ,water, two drinks and bread 50 to 70 E ) you are 25 minutes walk from the Vatican and 15 minutes in a taxi 20 E from the colloseum. Fle markets on Sundays 20 euro by taxi. I will definitely book this hotel in the future and recommend it.

The hotel is in a fantastic, central location which means all of the must see sights are within easy reach. There is a metro station just steps away so if you want/need to use public transport then this is easily accessible. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. The rooms felt authentically Italian with their decor & the beds were some of the comfiest I’ve come across at a hotel in recent times. Breakfast was great, with a variety of choice & always plenty of space available in the breakfast room. We’d all leave full up after breakfast ready for a full day ahead. Later of an evening after a busy day of sightseeing, this hotel was close to lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk, which meant we didn’t have to go too far from our hotel of an evening to find food. We often found ourselves going later on for a sit by the Spanish steps as these are within a short 10 minute walk. I would certainly recommend this hotel to someone who wants a hotel in a central spot to all of the main sightseeing attractions.

Overall: well located hotel and clean, nice and very good service. Location: as many others say, the hotel is very central and nice. Service: Very friendly, even when I needed to change room. Effective, kind and very professional employees. You feel like a guest, not a customer. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. ROM: All rooms are beautiful and clean. It is tastefully decorated and well equipped rooms. But the standard and DeLux rooms are very small and there are narrow and slow elevators in the building. Therefore, it is advisable to make sure that you book a room that suits your needs. We upgraded to one of the rooms at the atrium. That was lovely. Nice bathroom with luxurious products, delicious towels and bathrobes. The room is very clean and nice. Common areas: everything is clean and neat and neat. The breakfast room is cosy and we always had good space. The bar is cosy, especially sitting out. Food: breakfast is very good, especially to Italy to be. Good selection of fresh fruit and proper eggshells. Delicious coffee and good selection of both sweet and salt.
