San Pietro Resort

A small B & B, only four rooms. There is a kitchen with microwave and coffee machine and help yourself to tea, coffee and cooking utensils. The location is perfect : 400 metres from the Vatican Museums and about 10 mins walk to St Peter's Square. The nearest Metro station is only 300 metres away. Perfect

I gave Marco Euro 50 x 2, Euro 20 x 8 = Euro 260 when we arrived. We went to the ATM to get more cash. I counted out Euro 50 x 10, Euro 20 x 2, and Euro 5 x 1 = Euro 545. Total = Euro 805, for a Euro bill of Euro 802,50 in front of Marco, didn't have change so I told him to keep it. The Inn only accepts cash. Make sure you either take a pic of the money you hand over or have a witness to the transaction. Resort Inn San Pietro provides neither. Upon check-in we had to wait for someone to arrive to allow us access. When I had questions, I had to text message and wait over a hour for someone's arrival. The Inn provides one coffee pod per person. One must then walk one block, across a busy street to visit a bistro for a coffee and roll as breakfast. There is no one available on site for questions or suggestions.

The pictures they are showing are very deceiving, this is an apartment condo in 4th floor with 4 rooms in a residential complex and one of cheaper room rate, the bathroom is not inside the room. If there is a problem in the room you just need to suck it in cause they wont transfer you, cause the is no other room with the same rate. The breakfast is a piece of croissant and a cup of coffee that you need to claim across the street with a coupon they provided everyday after dusting off the room and not changing linen for the entire 7 days of our stay no matter how much you tell them, the bath towels every other day. No staff stayed at the place, only when they greet you on the day you check in and not even speak a single word of English and probably drunk too (may be hard a drink or two)
