San Pietro Suites

Stayed at San Pietro suites for 3 nights & it was ideal. Our room was lovely, had everything we needed including tea/coffee making supplies & a fridge, the bed was really comfortable and everything was very clean. The location was fantastic, Rome is an intensely busy place and can be overwhelming in peak season yet our apartment was in a peaceful, quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the Vatican walls. Transport links were also easily accessible within a few minutes walk. The building had its own elevator so no need to struggle getting to our door. Martina met us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful as we were first time visitors to Rome. She also helped to organise our taxi to the airport which we greatly appreciated! With plenty of cafes and restaurants all over the city as well as on our street, we were never stuck for options at meal times and there are small convenience stores close by if you want to buy snacks or other essentials like toiletries. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Pietro Suites & will definitely be top of our list for future visits. Rating: Excellent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I booked a room here a day early on my booking as I was confused by the time change as I'm from Perth, Western Australia. I was on the aircraft on the way to Rome and versus I didn't show up for the first night, they cancelled my entire booking. I then asked them not to, as I would use the remaining nights that I'd paid for. They cut off all communication to me and wouldn't reply to whatsapp or emails and rented the room out to someone else. Essentially double dipping. I am aware it's in their terms and conditions, but that is just downright dishonest and cheeky. I lost my full booking amount. Dishonest management and being cut off with lout resolving the issue. Would never stay here and suggest everyone else be wary of dishonest businesses like this one.

We made a reservation and paid for the entire 3 nights. The day before our arrival, and for reasons beyond our control, the airline from Paris to Rome canceled the flight, and we had to arrive a day later. We immediately wrote to the hotel and the least we could do was ask them to respect the remaining two nights. They didn't do it, they oversold our suite and kept our money claiming it was a no-show, meaning we didn't show up. Total negligence, terrible service, terrible customer service and they stole our money. The worst experience, the worst treatment of tourists. I do not recommend it at all. You cannot present this problem because they are negligent, rude and thieves.
