Mold, no real breakfast, unfriendly staff, untrue information about the accommodation and its services. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is very small and very old. Apart from the mold, the accommodation online looks far higher quality than it is. Breakfast is bought together for probably 1,50€ per person and is put the night before. The capsule coffee machine is shared for all apartments and is located in the small hallway. No parking although it is an option to book this one.

I am well travelled but this is the first time i’ve ever had to not stay in a property. The photos are nothing like as described, you have to walk through what feels like a prison to get there, and it is so dirty it triggered my partners asthma. Also DO NOT book through booking.com. They are absolutely useless, as despite me providing clear and day evidence that the property is not as described, I was told there is nothing they can do! Luckily I used a credit card so have been able to open a dispute through them, or I would have lost out on money.

I booked their double room through Booking and immediately after the owner filled me with WhatsApp audio saying that it was not actually a double but spending 200 euros more would give me another larger room. (sorry to take more money). After my refusal he assigns me another room. Upon arrival just opened the door we found all the walls full of mold. I phone the owner and only after I send him the photos and threaten to call the sanitation office does he bring two of his friends to scrape the walls. Rude person to say the least and by the way we've never seen him. Long black hair on the walls, there is no hot water in the bathroom, non-existent hair dryer. At check out I didn't know where to leave the keys. Service equal to 0. Rather sleep on the floor at the station!
