Very clean room, very welcoming staff and very available in case of questions or problems. The gentleman gave us very good advice regarding restaurant! And the hotel is very well located! We will be back with pleasure 🙂

Location was convenient , mini market across the street ( great for snacks, fruit, water, wine ), lots of nice restaurants on the street. Within walking distance of Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. That's the only positive about this place, Hotel was listed as a B & B, which was false info as there was no breakfast at this hotel. The picture of a dining room, was not the case. This is now and empty sunroom type area used for storage. No mini fridge , bottled water, or kettle in the room. Beds were comfortable, however the bathroom was awful. The tiniest shower we've ever seen. Hardly room enough to get a proper wash. If you're either bit overweight you will not be able to fit in /shower here. Poor lighting in the room and bathroom. No over the sink bathroom light to luminate the mirror. The bathroom fan did not work. The toilet seat cover was loose and would move sideways every time you sat on it. Told the reception twice about that and they never did come to fix it. The room was old (elevator was 100 years old) the building definitely older. The room had 20 ft ceilings, and had a ceiling fan /light (fan didn't work) that had too little wattage bulbs to effectively light up the room. Lights above bedside night tables were okay. The whole place could use a new paint job. We had to use 4 keys to access our room..one for the main door, one for the elevator, one for the hallway to reach our room, and one for the room. 4 keys on a big key chain to carry around with you when you are out and about is far from ideal. Nobody manned the front desk after 7 pm, so if you had an issue you had nobody to contact until the morning. Friendly staff, helped with arranging taxis, and our private transfers to/from the airport (60 Euro each way). Recommend you book in this area (Monti District) , but DO NOT book this hotel. We paid $1650.00 CAD for one week.

This is a hotel where there is no investment, charging £170 a night. Paintwork is very dated, scruffy and chipped. There isn't even a mirror in the sparsely furnished bedroom. The ensuite bathroom had an extra door, painted over and closed by a bracket rather than permanently blocked off and the wooden toilet seat was also badly chipped. With a fresh coat of paint, new curtains and bed coverings, this could be a fantastic place to stay. It is not so, presently. It has very outdated decor and absolutely nothing in the bedroom except a wall mounted tv, bed , table and chair. However, the standard of cleaning ( excluding very dirty paintwork on doors) was of a good standard, with quality sheets and towels. A huge disappointment and nothing like the advertising photos.
