pleasant room and convenient for most of rome sights. Id not recommend as staff could not understand that id booked through an agency and were badgering me that they had negotiated a price that was lower than there normal rate. bad on them and the agency - co-op travel

This is the worst hotel that I ever stayed. The service of the staff (old man) is very poor and impolite. One of our room's air cond is malfunctioning and he could not able to solve our problem. Just asked us to continue staying in the hotel with the window open. We travelled in early of sept and it is very sunny during the day. The hotel is very close to the street and it is very noisy in the night. The location is about 1km from Spanish steps by walking. Overall this is a very bad hotel and do not rely on the photos in their website.

We rented for 3 rooms and one my friend's room Aircon is not working . We spoke to a unfriendly old man " recept or admin " to ask for room changed and he told us no room is available with a very rude attitude, We were so upset and request to add another small bed and bunk into my room and he told us no one is working !! Come on today is Thursday and its 3:00pm in the afternoon.. What kind of hotel is it? He even ask us to open the window since no Aircon and he knew the Aircon is not functioning yet arranged the room to us. He is very unprofessional and being rude to all of us. We can't do anything but to write to hotels.com Guys, don't take the risk.. We are so disappointed with all these unprofessional kind of behavior. By the way the wifi is not working in room and you need to stay at the lobby to use it.
