Suite Beccaria A Piazza Del Popolo

This is a stylish place with moderne decor, set in an older, atmospheric apartment block with big wooden doors. It is very close to the Flaminio metro station in the appealing area near Piazza del Popolo. It is a quick walk down lovely Via del Corso or a metro ride to central Rome. All facilities are top notch and reception was efficient. Breakfasts were excellent - Italian style. Our only slight gripes are that it can get noisy at odd times from chattering pedestrians. Also despite reporting it on arrival, the fridge was not working for our whole stay. These things happen and the manager was sympathetic but we missed keeping food cold ! Good communications with the manager via a WhatsApp group she set up. Worthy of 4.5/5 but 4 reflects the bodgy fridge!

Excellent location for visiting the center of Rome entirely on foot, clean room equipped with all comforts. Receiving breakfast in your room is the TOP. The owner of the b&b looked after us throughout, even from a distance. Highly recommended. I'll be back

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in January 2023 and could not have been happier with our choice. A wonderful and simple breakfast was included with our room, which made the price we paid for our accommodation exceptional. When I informed them that I was gluten intolerant they went out of their way to ensure that my breakfast was celiac friendly. Breakfast included coffee, juice, yoghurt, bread, fruit and more. There was also a kettle and tea/coffee in the room with a small fridge. The rooms were a generous size, clean and well heated. The accommodation is very well located, only a short walk from Piazza del Popolo. If, like us, you wake early because of jet lag, it is only a short 30 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, which at dawn is empty of crowds. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are staying in Rome and you are on a limited but healthy budget.
