The First Luxury Art Hotel

Perfect hotel in every way. Staff was all very friendly, helpful, and very professional. We booked a First suite and the size was perfect for our family of 3. Hotel room and property was extremely clean and organized. I'm a picky, clean freak and this place was perfect. Amenities were excellent in the room. And the location of this hotel is the best. It's a short walk to everything like restaurants, gelato, and lots of great shopping. Don't hesitate to book here. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Beautiful stay despite the extreme heat in Rome; I traveled to use Rome as a base, a very beautiful city… to walk around it but also to be able to leave suitcases and move to other destinations. It was a great help from the hotel that they so kindly and graciously stored my suitcases and the purchases I made while I was traveling. The hotel has an excellent location, close to everything. It is a comfortable, very nice hotel. I want to highlight the good disposition of Adriano and the entire staff, very, very kind; they gave me a room upgrade each time I returned, and a free late checkout. It has a nice terrace and restaurant where you eat very well; I would only add a slightly more varied and complete breakfast. Everything else was very good. Thank you very much. You have been very kind!!!

We are staying at the hotel and went to the rooftop to have a drink. The maitre sat as at a table and after we were seated he told us we couldn’t stay because we had “flip flops”. I asked him who he considered had flip flops because none of had them and he told me my husband had open shoes (Birkenstock in Rome with almost 40 degrees). We left the rooftop. Also he never had the delicacy to ask if we were staying at the hotel and could be easy for him to change shoes. While I totally understand there are dress codes that should be respected, he should not have sat as at a table and came afterwards to tell us we should leave. Very disappointed with the service of the hotel.
