Horrible, dirty, smelly, scruffy, water leaks everywhere I would not recommend it to anyone, untrue photos. Nightmare place!

We stayed one night me and my boyfriend in this kind of hotel... a nightmare. First of all they have us wrong room but maybe the minor problem. As soon as we set foot in the new room the first thing that arrived was the terrible smell of mold that unfortunately accompanied us all night. From the air to the sheets it was all soaked and hame for me that I suffer from asthma was not really a cure-all. The cold was the worst. We tried to heat the room with the air conditioner but it got stuck and in addition to sending us only cold air (on January 1) it also made noise all night. Then the lack of hygiene in the tub is no mean feat with a lot of water loss from a door full of mold. All accompanied by the lack of a lamp on the wall and its related hanging cables. In short, I have never had such an experience! Not recommended...

The beach hotel - Rome, Italy August 2025 The hotel has offered both positive and negative experiences. The reception was open 24 hours a day, and the staff were immeasurably nice and nice. They were responsive when we said something was wrong, but didn’t jump up to do anything right away. The pool was completely green when we arrived. So we asked why and they said the filter had just broken, and a new one was coming. Right, they changed it and cleaned the pool in a matter of days. However, the pool floor is incredibly “grim” of stains, which I cannot tell if is worn or bad. The water is clear after a new filter. It smells easy of chlorine and does not appear greasy or dirty. We also see that there is a bottom cleaner running in the evening, and they fish badly in the morning. Then they do something. But a half vacation without a pool, was not what we had ordered. The chairs around the pool were incredibly good. Better than average, wooden beds with incredibly good mattresses on. The hotel stands as non-smoking rooms and that no smoking is allowed in public areas. But there smelled a few times of smoke, through the ventilation of our bathroom. When we mentioned it at the reception, the cleaning came and aired out - of course good that they acted on it, but it didn't sound like they were in shock over some smoke in the hotel. The door to our bathroom was broken (as if it had been kicked in earlier), so it could not be closed in. The toilet sounds a little more than we are used to, it runs a little and rinses out for a long time. The beds were unmarked to sleep in. There was nice cleaning and bed linen/towels change every day. There was a small fridge in the room, which seemed perfect. It says when you book that it is possible to buy drinks/snacks in an automat. But it is not found at the hotel, and when you ask, it says it was there before Corona - so it has not been there for a long time. There is a nice supermarket a few minutes on foot away, which is open 24 hours a day. In addition, the metro is also only a few minutes away. There are fine dining places nearby.
