I really don't know where to start to describe this terrible cruise. As soon as you get on and start walking around the decks you immediately notice that the "WOWW" effect on this cruise is not there at all. No pomp, no elegant details: details instead found in old ships. Too crowded and always (breakfast, lunch) finding an available place to sit was a challenge. Very small rooms compared to other ships. Very small staff in proportion to the number of guests: very often when ordering drinks you either couldn't find the waiters or if they arrived they spent many minutes being served. I noticed that on this ship there is a lot of space for business with many shops, everything is now practically paid for. Decent room cleaning, nothing exceptional or at least sufficient. Very well done SPA but coming out of the hydro and finding other people's hair on you I don't think is beautiful. At the time of the herbal tea we had to wait 45 minutes to see the cups arrive after 3 useless reminders at reception. FAILURE WITH FULL MARKS... GOODBYE COSTS...

Nice little room for a quick city trip through Rome, it's very close to the train and bus station which makes up for the long distance from the center. Didn't enjoy walking around the neighbourhood surrounding the hotel later in the night though. For the rest, really clean, staff was very friendly even if I had to use my Duolingo knowledge of Italian at times to get around.

Modern suites on the top floor of a large apartment block. the suite were of a high standard and were very clean. The local neighbourhood felt safe and was lively at night. Within 5 mins walk was the metro with the main transport hub (Termini 4 stops away). Breakfast was on a serve yourself basis including a coffee vending machine, cereals, pastries and fresh fruit. This was eaten on the balcony of the room. The staff were really good. Recommended for a short stay in Roma.
