Room was nice and clean. Ate in the restaurant. Food was good and service was excellent. Hotel close to the train station. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a bar in the lobby and the front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and the service of the hotel was exceptional. Really love the staff accommodating for our needs. My three year old was not feeling good so he was not eating anything but they were trying to make anything he would eat at any time. The concierge very friendly and guiding us in any questions we had. Very affordable and the breakfast was great.

The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into upkeep, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The location is also very convenient, about a 4 minute walk from Termini station, which made getting around Rome very easy. That said, the immediate surrounding area felt a bit mixed, with some less comfortable street presence a block or so away, although the hotel itself felt secure and there was security outside which helped. The only real downside was the staff, who did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Despite that, the hotel itself is strong in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, and I would still recommend it for a short stay in Rome.
