Good only for the location! Extremely uncomfortable mattress!!! I barely slept, and the next morning I was exhausted! The cleaning lady was rude, and even more so was the owner who defended her without wanting to hear my side of the story!!! 90 euros THROWN AWAY!!! NEVER again!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

170€ for a quadruple in these conditions is, in no uncertain terms, unacceptable. The structure is old and neglected, with antiquated furnishings and a very poor level of maintenance. The bathroom was the most critical point: toilet paper already opened / unsealed and empty soap dish, details that seriously doubt the attention to hygiene. The breakfast was bad, both for quality and variety. In addition, soundproofing is practically non-existent: you can hear everything, making it impossible to rest properly. Sorry because Anna and Alessandro proved to be kind and helpful, but courtesy can not justify such a high price for such poor service. Value for money completely out of scale. It looks more like a tease than a living room.

Just a 5-minute walk from Roma Tiburtina. In the area there are many places to eat even if you arrive very late. Structure easy to find especially thanks to the precise indications of the owner. Room comfortable and equipped with everything you need for shower and breakfast including coffee capsules with a machine shared with all guests. Excellent cleaning both in the room with private bathroom and in the common areas. Highly recommended
