Amazing stay, very nice staff (nuns), wonderful beds and pillows, Simple accommodation but super clean, so quiet. Approx 10 km from Rome city centre but very well connected by bus network. Only reason for not giving a 5 star review is because breakfast could really be improved. They are listed on a site of Monastery Stays, which charged me almost 25% of the whole amount to do absolutely nothing. By all means book directly with the Villa and bypass Monastery Stays altogether to avoid scandalous rip-off. The Villa's prices per night are much cheaper and the nuns do not charge anything in advance. So *Do Not Book Through Monastery Stays*!

Lovely Hotel run by Nuns. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Beautiful gardens. Very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. Getting into the centre of Rome is accessible either by bus or taxi.
