White House

This is a not so deluxe b and b as advertised Although the room was cleaned everyday the décor was tired The tea and coffee facilities were in the lobby there was no tea nor coffee available three grubby cups which were cleaned on our request by the morning cleaner All in all the location was good but would not be staying here again

I was there with my mother and my sister and it was a great stay! It's a family business and all of the employees are very kind and nice. The location was comfortable too, it was near the Vatican and the subway station. You can visit the most things by walking. We had had a Roma-Pass it was a big help!

I had booked this room for a 3 night stay. The flight was quite late and I didn't read the small print, thinking someone was going to be there. We got there and there was nobody in, we rang the number on the door and messaged quite a few times, by 20 mins we started to panic and look for somewhere else, we then got a whatsapp message to give us the code so panic over!!! It was a lovely spacious room and much needed air con. In the morning we tried to look where our breakfast would be and without contact we just went over the road and ordered a coffee, croissant and water that came to 17 euros!!!!! then went out for the day. I had to message to ask where to go for breakfast for the next day and it was in the same place we went in the morning. We should have had a ticket but without seeing anyone I showed them the message and had to write on a card for the other 2 mornings. It is a lovely place right next to the Vatican but my only gripe was the contact, there is nobody there from 6pm to 10am so we didn't see anybody at all and a massive panic when we arrived. Make sure you contact them before if you have a late arrival. For the hotel I would put a message on the wall/door to advise people where to go and what's needed for breakfast.
