Awful. Arrived at 1830, Pre advised the hotel this would be our arrival time. Not reception, no one to check is in. Rang the number online, no answer. Managed to get in the building and find the location, for inside the ‘reception’ and the hotel is nothing more than a hostel. There was info worh other phone numbers to call, again no one answered. We left. Good luck even getting in here if you book it. I’m glad we didn’t stay as it looked like a crack den.

Spacious Clean Room with Full Amenities. Wi-Fi Connectivity is Very Good. Location To Transport Hub, Shops and Eateries are Nearby. The Only Hiccup is Locating the Hotel Main Door without Any Signage. It's Next to Indian Restaurant

The place is located 2 min walk from Termini train station, check in is very smooth and with no need for reception.I arrived there late in the night and departed early morning before the staff arrived and everything was well prepared for me. The room is spacious with all the necessary tools. Best value for money especially when comparing to other similar hotels in the area. Highly recommended place
