Brand new hotel, courteous staff, large new rooms, clean, and spacious. New large indoor spaces, suitable for working, studying, or relaxing. In-house restaurant, excellent cuisine that is good and refined. Absolutely recommended.

This hotel is not suitable for visiting Rome. To get to the tourist sites, you have to take a train and two subway lines. There were taxis that would not pick us up or took us far away. If you are going to visit the city center, do not stay here; that is my recommendation. If Rome is already a city to walk a lot, staying here will mean another long walk. All this without considering that one night the subway was closed due to a strike, and we had no way to return; we almost had to spend the night in Plaza España. On the other hand, I have never seen a 4-star hotel with very worn furniture in the room and a TV that looks like a computer screen because of how small it is. The outdoor facilities are not bad, and the breakfast is very basic. You need to take three days to learn the switches. You can hear people in the hallway and in the room above. I don't know if you are looking for a hotel to relax, but perhaps this is the one... it is in a residential area. But definitely NOT if you are visiting. The only good thing to highlight is the kindness of the staff.

Very welcoming and clean, although it could use a refresh... The strong point is the gym.
