I do not want it to seem like a review out of spite, but I honestly think it is necessary to recount what happened in the most objective way possible. I am on an educational trip and I smoked a cigarette by the window in the evening. The next morning, at 9:15 AM, I was fined $50 with the reason that the room would not be rentable that day. This is not the first time I have stayed in a 4-star hotel during tours, work, and leisure, and since I have never encountered a situation like this before (which I accepted regardless of the work situation), I feel it is necessary to bring it to attention. If you take a room with a balcony, it is also because the prohibition is not well marked, although it is deducible. The only bitterness and personal comment about the incident is having brought and being responsible for 30 kids on a trip without compensation and having paid for smoking a cigarette by the window. Perhaps a bit too much.

The location outside is very nice, well-kept garden with outdoor furniture, pier on the pier... internally it is the opposite. Single-portion elevator, barely fits two with luggage. The rooms are in need of renovation. Minimal without any optional, nor a kettle, a mini bar with 2 bottles of water, no toiletries for the bathroom which is the real sore note. Bathtub with shower with window and curtains (which get wet) with separate mixers. The toilets are behind a wall so attached that you have difficulty using them, with rolls of paper inside a basket and not even new. Environment hygiene at the minimum guaranteed. Breakfast from 8:00, (which if you have to leave early you can not) and little plentiful. Courtesy of the top staff but not enough to compensate for the deficits
