Residence Riva Gaia

To call this experience “bad” is an understatement. I start by saying that the first negative note of this residence is the fact that it does not have its own reception but for check in and check out it relies on the Mediterranean hotel that is a few meters away without being warned against it. Upon check in, we find a staff, who, initially, seemed friendly and helpful. They give us the rooms and there begin the first problems: dirty floor, used towels in the bathroom, pubic hair near the shower and toilet and towels placed above the bed equally dirty and stained. We called the hotel to explain the problem and they told us that they would come to clean and change our dirty towels, but after two hours no one showed up despite the constant tickles at the hotel and booking. We decide to take pictures of the room and go in person, and one of the receptionists after explaining what happened, with rather questionable ways of doing things begins to say that they are normal signs of wear because the residence is dated, but he was not the least interested in looking at the photos in which they portrayed the condition of the room, but rather looked with the other receptionist laughing. After a long discussion they give us a new room with the hope that it would be better than the previous one but that turned out even worse, with a broken faucet, ash and dirty tissues on the floor and as many dirty and used towels. Shortly after a cleaning lady enters saying that they gave us “”by mistake”” an out-of-service room, and they give us another one again having changed a total of three rooms. As they say, there is no two without three and even this room presented the same problems as previously. We decide again to make a reminder to booking and this time we managed to get half a refund of the amount paid, a scant consolation after having totally wasted an entire day out of three that we had booked, for unpleasant situations that have not respected the basics of hygiene and health rules, such a place should be closed instantly. Never see you again.

Very basic. Location dated with zero attention to detail , clean , ducted air ok . Bathroom of the 80s. Not even a bottle of water granted. Obscene wall color. The property should provide a complete makeover

Forno che non funziona da secoli! Non una cabina doccia ma una vasca con tenda! E arredamento indecente! E si fanno pagare! No mosquito nets on the windows and dated decor! Basically sloppiness and neglect from the third world with all due respect! Ho prenotato per una notte senza aver letto le recensioni! Me ne sono pentita amaramente!
