an excellent address for our future weekends in Alassio. Located right in the center, it has a public parking lot right in front, a private beach, for a fee, 50 meters away. The rooms assigned to us are small and would need a renovation, but they are clean, functional, and equipped with everything you need. Toiletries, a good TV, excellent and adjustable air conditioning, blazing fast Wi-Fi. Kind and helpful staff and good breakfast with sweet and savory options. Absolutely competitive price. We will definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I'll start with the positive aspects: the cleanliness of the property is impeccable and the location is truly exceptional, very convenient for both the sea and the center. Unfortunately, however, there were several aspects that made the stay disappointing. At the reception, the only person who always welcomed us with professionalism and courtesy was Andreea. On the contrary, the other girls proved to be unfriendly and, in particular, Miriam was unprofessional not only towards us, but also towards other guests. Hospitality is practically non-existent: do not even expect a simple good morning. One episode, in particular, left us truly perplexed. We had asked for a quote for some friends of ours interested in staying at the hotel and using the beach. Beyond the price of the room, on which everyone is free to make their own assessments, we were told that even their children, aged 2 and 5, would have had to pay for beach access. By inquiring later, we instead discovered that children under 8 years old do not pay. Such a mistake, especially on the part of the reception, should not happen and contributed to giving us an impression of lack of attention and poor professionalism. We had chosen half board, but after just three days we decided to give up dinner. The menu was very limited, the fish was often frozen, and the portions were definitely questionable. The thing that struck us the most was the total indifference: no one bothered to ask us the reason for our choice or to look for a solution. A real shame, because the restaurant staff was always extremely kind and helpful, in particular Francesca and Clara, who really deserve a thank you. Another big plus is the beach, located a stone's throw from the hotel. A special thanks goes to Alberto, the lifeguard, who supported us for all 10 days with helpfulness, friendliness, and kindness, making us feel truly welcomed. If I were to return to that beach, it would be mainly thanks to him. Too bad, because the numerous negative aspects end up overshadowing the positive ones. As far as we are concerned, we will not return to this hotel again.

Run away! The person in charge of the beach is disrespectful and aggressive. Very bad experience. I don't recommend this private beach. Horrible.
