Residence Sole

We stayed at this residence for our vacation. The location is really beautiful and quiet, ideal for those looking for a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, however, the experience was ruined by completely inadequate management. We were given an apartment with the French door and the kitchen window both broken. Upon our arrival, we immediately reported the problem and the response received was: “We applied a film over the broken glass, so they are safe.” What we consider unacceptable is that we were not warned before our arrival, we were not offered alternative accommodation, we did not receive an apology, and we were not offered any refund or other form of compensation. For this reason, from the point of view of service and customer care, our rating is zero. We also sent a complaint to the management and, after three weeks, we have still not received any response. This, too, unfortunately, says a lot about the consideration shown to guests. The only truly positive note: a sincere compliment to the ladies in charge of tidying and cleaning the apartments, who performed their work with great professionalism and courtesy.

We enjoyed it. A shabby hotel with a nice location.

A very pleasant week at the Sole residence. Professional and kind staff from the reception, to breakfast, to the girls working at the beach kiosk, always with a smile and maximum politeness. Clean rooms, equipped with the essentials, with a wonderful sea view. Large pool with attentive staff. Both sweet and savory breakfast served.
