Very nice hotel, excellent location just a 5-minute walk from the historic center (very charming! with many arcades!) and from the train station, and 3 minutes from the sea via the railway underpass. The room and bathroom are comfortable for three people, although the mattresses are a bit firm (especially the one on the sofa bed) and the pillows are rather thin; however, we were able to use the sofa pillows as well; in the bathroom, perhaps a few more shelves or hooks would have been useful, considering there are three of us, small things, but everything else was fine. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory, in an exceptional location, the terrace on the fourth floor of the hotel with a view of the rooftops of Chiavari and, in the distance, also of the sea. But what impressed us the most was the kindness and friendliness of the hotel staff, always ready with a smile and available to meet the guests' requests. We especially thank the night porter for the support provided when we encountered a difficulty, but all the staff have always been courteous and attentive. They bring back your smile and make the vacation even more enjoyable :-).
