Hotel Sole

I had booked 2 months ago a 3 night stay for 2 people and today I was cancelled my Reservation for overbooking... or rather a group arrived to which our room was assigned! I find this behaviour extremely unfair and it is clearly not good publicity!

Bad experience, I asked the waitress for two pens for my baby and. On me gave it because he said we had not marked it on the menu. The elevator that went when he wanted it. The eating wasn't great. A room of 15 sqm for a family of 4. And then without air conditioning you died thing to make people sick. And then we only did one night because then we left and he charged me for 2 ... anyway they won’t see me again in that hotel that little but safe one 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
