Bellevue Hotel Genoa

A bit dated, but in a great location for travelers, practically above the Principe station, and close to the center. The staff was friendly and helpful.

For a city trip, absolutely ok. The hotel hotel is old. Breakfast was good. Nice sight from my room and the terasse. A little bit noisy.

Deplorable Welcoming. The staff have no patience and we feel that they do not like tourists. They don't make an effort to make themselves understood. They're blowing. Very old shabby hotel very smelly humidity +++ breakfast a real scam no bread no pastries no butter, extremely narrow elevator we only go back to 2, an elevator shaft in the form of wire mesh it looks like in the prisons of the middle ages, it's time to do renovation work and to top it all off before booking we ask for an iron They reply that the request was well taken into account and arrived at the hotel the receptionist tells us to see with the manager and the next day the manager speaks in Italian with another employee asking her to iron us the very aggressive lady tells her no it does not work in a very dry tone brief she lied!!! They have no sense of Customer nor Welcoming it is a shame to welcome tourists in this way!!! Run away
