I had a comfortable stay at Best Western Genoa, made especially memorable thanks to Carlotta and Michele, who were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Their friendliness and willingness to assist really elevated the experience. The location is excellent — easy to get around, and the hotel itself is clean, well-kept, and has good air conditioning, which made returning after a hot day feel like a relief. Breakfast was so‑so. It did the job, but it wasn’t a standout part of the stay. One absolute highlight was Pizza Savo, directly opposite the hotel. The pizza is delicious — so good that I went twice. It’s a perfect, convenient option after a long day of exploring Genoa

I would say typical Ligurian hospitality... the TV in the room does not work, the welcome leaves much to be desired... therefore the price is not justified.

Small humble hotel with great location. Small rooms but always clean and proper. 3- good restsurants located just in front of hotel, which very convenient.
