The hotel is located in the upper part of La Spezia and can be reached by car or via a staircase from the square below (about 70/80 steps). In front there is a convenient free parking lot, or paid parking nearby. Affable welcome, requested information exhaustive. Room of adequate size but a bit dated. Open closet. Large and comfortable bathroom. Large TV. Air conditioning working perfectly. Breakfast a bit poor but still both sweet and savory. Panoramic terrace on the top floor and on the ground floor.

Schlechte Erfahrung gemacht: man wollte mir keine frühere Anreise ermöglichen, trotz der Bereitschaft die Mehrkosten voll und ganz zu übernehmen. Schroffe Abweisung, Ignoranz und kurz Begründung zu den (mir bekannten) Stornobedingungen. Null null Flexibiltät! I had a bad experience: they refused to accommodate an earlier arrival, even though I was willing to cover the additional costs in full. I was met with a brusque refusal, indifference, and a brief reference to the cancellation terms (which I was already aware of). Absolutely zero flexibility!

A pleasant experience, a clean hotel very close to the services, but above all, the presence of Enzo made the difference. He made us feel at home.
