Hotel to the wreck!!! Non-existent hot water, elevators not working, breakfast with only packaged croissants. Hotel certainly in vogue in the 80s but never invested a euro to modernize and update it. We stay one night before a trip to Tunisia by motorcycle and book one night on the date of return. At the reception they assure us that the hotel would be open 24 hours a day and that we could arrive at any time and that the reservation was there and we were expected to return. On the return of the holiday we arrive in Genoa at 24:30 we go to the hotel and.... closed hotel with inside in our pick up left there on the day of departure for the trip. We phone the structure to understand how to recover the pick up and after two rings the line drops!!! Fortunately the next morning a gust of wind opened the gate and we managed to recover the car. I highly recommend not staying at this hotel although very convenient for the location near the port.

I really don't understand why vu are so many negative reviews.A flaw is that it is a bit 'from the center, but you can get there comfortably by bus.Ma we talk about the 'hotel that is definitely a bit' dated but if you analyze the value for money is worth the 4 stelle.Molto good cleaning and spacious rooms with bathroom Breakfast in the normal good and with good times.I understand that if you want a 4 star and you pay three times one can complain but if you are' correct to these figures you can only say that it is a good solution

I was in Genoa almost a month and changed three hotels. This is the only one I felt comfortable in. The staff is available, present if necessary, without being intrusive or detached, ideal for those seeking tranquility. Clean room, particularly nice bathroom, exemplary towel change. Rich breakfast and, again, attentive and helpful staff to more articulate requests. The only case in which I was informed about certain provisions in force in my favour relating to residence. Would stay again, recommended.
