Hotel Casmona

The location of this hotel is excellent, lying between the main promenade (Via Garibaldi) and another main street up some steps from the hotel (Via della Repubbica). The hotel has rooms available with sea views, which offer a delightful panaorama. The staff are helpful, particularly the gentleman who manages the breakfast. Notwithstanding the lovely view, my room was average, but comfortable. There was a safe in the room.

An excellent location in the heart of the village, this hotel was enjoyable for its spectacular ocean view however some maintenance is needed. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. We used this as a base to catch a train to explore Cinque Terre but the timetables can be confusing as all trains don’t stop at Camogli. If you arrive at the Casmona by car be aware of the limited access roads. Best to ask for a map showing where you can & cannot access and at what times.

Nice little hotel located on the beach with fantastic view. Breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the sea. Nice personnel. Nearby local hiking routes and train station only few minutes away. We had a great stay . Birgitte and Jarle
