My grandson booked this hotel to surprise his girlfriend ,he is 19 and saved up for this ,paid 997 euros for 4 nights ,stupidly non refundable , he realises now big mistake .Due to unfodeen circumstances cannot now go on these dates 19/05 2026 to 02/06 /2026. That is a lot of money for a young man who has worked very hard for a holiday . The hotel refuses to refund or even part as a goodwill gesture.I have spoken to hotel receptionist and she suggested emailing ,3 emails and no reply ,I find this really bad for a hotel to not even offer anything whatsoever ,he now can’t have a holiday at a later date as he has lost 997 euros .i know the hotel can sell the room on so they are not very nice people to not even answer .It really upsets and annoys me when people are not willing to help. Yes it was his own stupid fault and a very hard lesson for the future . Hope it makes you feel good Marina Place Resort keeping all that money .

Hotel that is located quite far from the center, but in a very pleasant position as extremely quiet and with a view, at least for some rooms including La Mia, on a really prestigious marina. The room, large, with sauna inside, beautiful: just a little bare. Common rooms for guests practically non-existent. The weak point of the hotel is definitely the breakfast, completely inadequate both for the environment and for what is proposed, for a four-star. Friendly staff and adequate price

The hotel nothing to say , beautiful location, really nice room with all the amenities but the big flaw was the breakfast.... Scheduled time from 7 to 10. At 9 o'clock nothing was available except the salty part. Asked if they could please serve us a Brioches for the baby or focaccia or plain white bread but after 40 min we were still dry and waiting..... I’m sorry but if I were to review the attitude of the breakfast service then I would have to open a debate... shameful.
