The apartment looks good in a beautiful period building with hallway under renovation. The lady in charge of check in was very kind and helpful to our requests. Water was always present as well as coffee pods and croissants. The bed a bit stiff but we rested well. The location is perfect just off the Ztl convenient to the center. Excellent pastry shops nearby.

Solid explanation regarding access and key was given by the owner via WhatsApp, the same before check-out (tourist tax 3eur pp/night) Spacious room with sufficient storage options, refrigerator, large trash can and coffee maker with cakes and an anti-mosquito spray was even thought of Very small bathroom but sufficient for short overnight stays (with soap in dispenser) Very good WiFi Downsides are the air conditioning that really does not work properly and the mattresses that clearly need to be renewed A 20-minute walk to the train station from which you can travel to Cinque Terre, 10 minutes to shopping streets In short: great for a short stay

This place was great! The location, the comfort level, the size of the room. Everything. But what made it fantastic was Romina. She went above and beyond excellence. We missed our train and were late, and she helped us every way she could. She stayed. She was very patient. The room was very tastefully decorated. A nice little coffee and continental breakfast right in the room. We couldn’t be happier. I see lots of complaints about noise, but we didn't experience that. Maybe they got new shutters? Only negative: · WiFi didn’t work everywhere in the room
