Serafino Liguria Hotel

I already knew this hotel and I was fine, but this time that went meu husband the cleaning staff threw away all his beaty case, thinking that my husband had left, when he instead had paid until the morning of the following day!!!! When my husband had gone to reception by now it was all in the trash and they wanted to remedy the situation by giving a razor and shaving foam of a hotel employee!!!!!!!!! Amazing!!!

I recommend to everyone! Everything was excellent!! Cleanliness, staff, tranquility, nothing was missing! Too bad we didn't have breakfast, we had to go, just a cap and a coffee, breakfast is included in the price of the hotel!! Optimal

We stayed at the hotel Serafino for 1 night and for the price they gave us it was definitely the worst hotel. The only good thing was the room. The bed was comfortable, everything working and clean. So after all, if you have to stay one night is ok But the hotel is situated in an unfriendly area. We didnt feel safe there, whats more, you cannot park a car there some days because of day market. the recepciopnist gave us wrong information about the shop in the area and breakfest. We felt like they didnt want more customers for breakfast. The lift is a real disaster .
