Nice view. The property is clean, rooms are spacious, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Excellent cuisine, attentive to also offering food for any intolerances.

Horrible half-board, some staff incompetent and unpleasant like the ignorant waiter or the bartender who serves with sunglasses on all evening, not a hello or a word after 45 min of waiting, we had to ask, no apology, arrives at the table puts the appetizers down without a word. Undrinkable €8 cocktail, she told us to stir it with our knife. Horrible buffet! Not up to the description, children's menu industrial burger bun and a bad, overcooked ground beef patty and that's it! Neither cheese nor tomato, that is reserved for people who eat à la carte! Poor quality buffet with only frozen products (cardboard boxes in front of the kitchen upon our arrival) and flavorless and above all very limited. Industrial desserts, dried cut fruit.

The hotel restaurant server took our order but didn't even serve us despite our follow-ups and reminders, but instead served other tables because they were likely larger groups, thus leaving my 5-year-old son without his meal. When we went to make a complaint, the owner treated us very poorly and was clearly not at all surprised; the hotel's policy is clearly to serve the largest tables at the expense of leaving a young child without his meal, bravo!! We will never return to this hotel; this will definitely be the last time, and I'm not even mentioning the dust bunnies in the room.
