We often come for the sea view from the balconies, which is stunning, and for the excellent breakfast and the parking. The room doors and the very old hallways remain to be improved, as well as the welcome, because despite coming often, one is greeted with the usual Ligurian coldness and a certain detachment; the bar must be open all day, and as long as it does not have other services like a spa or a pool, it cannot have such high prices.

Beautiful views and wonderful location. Get ready to stretch those calves… lots of steps so not great if you’re not into walking or have a disability. The Doria needs to step up though. Provide FOC water in the rooms. Provide service all day. It’s a hotel. You shouldn’t say ‘the bar opens at 5pm so you can’t enjoy a bottle of rose until then’. Those words weren’t used but you get my point. The rooms really need revamping. Very old furniture. Dressers with no backs so you clothes fall out of the back on to the floor. Nice strong shower through. We had a lovely time and the food was good. It just needs a bit of love and attention and a pool!!!

We spent one night at this hotel. The property is located a few steps from the center of Lerici and the ferry to the Cinque Terre and has parking and an on-site restaurant, as well as a beautiful view of the harbor. We had a room with a view of the back. I recommend booking the room with a sea view to enjoy the sight of the magnificent sunsets. The breakfast is very good and the products are fresh. The staff is kind. Checkout is at 12. The only negative note is the stairs to reach the hotel and then the center. Not the best with a small child and a stroller. Obviously it is not attributable to the hotel, but to the structure of the town, but traveling with a small child it makes a bit of a difference.
