Excellent hotel, clean, excellent dining room staff, top buffet breakfast, super lunch and dinner. I will definitely return with my family

Terrible experience, At 2 in the morning, we couldn't sleep because of the noise in the room next door. You could even hear when someone went to the bathroom. Dirty room; behind our bed there was a sock, not ours, full of dust. Towels that would take your skin off if you rubbed yourself with them, and I even risked tearing one because it was so worn out and dry. It took 2 hours to take a shower just because the water coming out was pathetic! €210 without even breakfast included. Embarrassing. Terrible welcome... they didn't even tell us that there was a bar available and a restaurant with a terrace. We had to guess everything!
