I have visited the towns of Cinque Terre and for spending the night, 'because you spend very little time in the room,' I opted for this place and I have to say that it was a total success. It is close to everything, where you can walk 10/15 minutes to the train station in 5 minutes, the room was perfect, spacious, with a comfortable and large bed, everything very clean, and the host Elisa was a charm, from the moment you arrive she helps you with everything, she recommended places to eat and visit, by the way, the establishment she recommended for breakfast was incredible in quality and price, Pasticceria Dolci Magie was excellent, as well as the pizzeria Pulcinella which is next door. I recommend this place for spending your days in La Spezia 100%, you won't regret it. Thanks to Elisa for everything and for making our stay perfect and helping us enjoy this wonderful place in Italy, THE CINQUE TERRE🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Our family of 5 had a great short stay on our way to see the Cinque Terre villages. The room is exactly as described and perfect for our family with 3 little ones. Elisa & Simone are fabulous hosts & went out of their way to recommend parking, restaurants, supermarkets, best transport to the villages of Cinque Terre etc - they knew it all! The beds and pillows are the comfiest we had in all of Italy! The memory foam pillows are incredible!! We look forward to staying again!

The rooms are comfortable We took rooms adjoining the bathroom. The beds are of very good quality. The only problem is the soundproofing of the street. We hear all the noises, which is a shame. I leave 5 stars for Elisa's welcome which is just perfect. She speaks perfect French, quick and clear exchanges, don't change anything :-)
