The room looked much bigger on the pictures. The beds were sofabeds and pull out beds. The smell in the room was old smoke, it felt like they used to have a a bar or

We spent two night in La Spezia in May 2025. These apartments are located a few minutes walk from the train station and conveniently located to the restaurant and retail centre of La Spezia. The apartments are clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Due to a flight cancellation we were significantly delayed in arriving. The staff were very obliging and provided instructions for after hour check in. The apartment complex relies very heavily on lock boxes and access codes like something out of ‘Get Smart’. I can imagine that the access codes and lock boxes would be quite daunting to some people. The lady on reception (we think her name was Biela) could not be more helpful. She was very responsive to our WhatsApp messages and was an absolute delight to deal with. We give this apartment a 5 star rating and would gladly recommend it to others

Good location practically attached to the station, 5min walk from the center, recommended for sightseeing and convenient to the 5 lands, very helpful staff, the property and 'a guest house basically, in my opinion where we were a bit 'too close to the reception and other rooms a little' informal, good cleaning on arrival but the room was not redone for a 2 night stay. Overall good.
