Loved Hotel Nella! It is a centrally located, small hotel nestled in the center of Florence. All sights are a short walk away, and the train station is minutes from the front door. Alejandra was incredibly helpful during my stay and my room was very clean, quiet, quaint and comfortable. Bonus points for great aircon and a great shower! Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, a bit outside the city, quiet, and very close to the first village of the five lands. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly, they speak French fluently, and the young woman at the reception is very helpful. On the first day, I was shown where in town I could park for free all day and how to maximize my visit to the five villages by boat or train. Really very professional, just like the rest of the staff. Breakfast included was substantial, truly a wonderful surprise.

Very simple hotel, ideal for transit, very friendly staff and speaks good French. Breakfast ok. Free parking. Restaurant next door very good but boss not nice with foreigners not a thank you nothing ... Ideal for visiting the five lands at a low price.
