What can I say? Finding a place like this in Monterosso is practically IMPOSSIBLE. 1) Excellent breakfast, 2) splendid location among plants of the Ligurian Riviera and 3) shaded area. 4) Car parking with a barrier (finding a spot with parking here is the best thing because by booking in other places you risk not finding parking and having to take the car kilometers and kilometers away) 5) Very clean and quiet rooms and apartments. (this is no small thing considering that in other rooms in Monterosso the passing of the train can be annoying) 6) 1 minute from the lakefront. 7) The owner is very helpful even via WhatsApp, even in finding solutions for the future to bring our three children as well 8) They also have other rooms in different areas to offer you We will certainly return as soon as possible

Really nice place. Beauty building. Very warm reception from lady on desk and all staff. Room very big with lovely view of front with shutters. Breakfast very varied, fruit, pastries, cereal, eggs all for 20 euros. Great location for beach and has free parking. Will come back

Everything perfect! Cosy, elegant villa that makes you feel immediately on holiday. Room and bathroom very large and spotless. As you enter the reception you smell a clean crazy. The owner's daughter at the reception very kind and sunny as well as the lady at breakfast: delicious cappuccino served with a smile. Absolute calm. Private parking space.
