Best Western Tigullio Royal

Hotel Tigullio Royal is the prettiest, most elegant Best Western Plus I've ever stayed in. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, had a nice sized large wardrobe closet, great bathroom and had amazing blackout shades. They offer a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast buffet for 12 Euros and have additional very friendly staff. The location is steps from all the restaurants, shopping, and waterfront (beach as well). Highly recommend to families, solo travelers and couples.

We stayed at a partial queen view room with an extra roller bed. It had a very cute view of the sea. The location is a ten, next to the beach and restaurants, 8 minute walk to the train station. The room is a bit narrow but the high ceiling make it appear bigger. The only gripe would be the one elevator and it being very slow. The shower was also very narrow. We had the continental breakfast which was a great value. Assortment of many different breads, pastries, eggs, drinks. I highly recommend getting breakfast here. Also, take the ferry to Santa Margarita and Porto Fino, two great locations in the Italian riviera.

Excellent stay. Can't miss rooftop bar. Make a reservation at sunset!
