Very comfortable hotel in ideal position for an attractive, short walk, into town. Very good breakfast with friendly and efficient staff. People on reception went extra mile to help us when the next hotel on trip cancelled our booking. Wonderful views from terrace. No hesitation in recommending.

GOOD THe location Day reception staff BAD The tiny room, we were told that we had been upgraded, so I shudder to think about the size of our original room. The noise of the water system kept us awake all night. The wine was awful, and when we complained, we were ignored. The whole hotel is very old-fashioned and in need of updating some of the bedding looks like it was from the 1970s. On-street parking (3 spaces ensure you book ahead)instead of the advertised secure off-street parking.

Wonderful experience, I would say new place of the heart, at least for us! We know where we're going next year. We enjoyed everything so much that we were sorry to come home so early! Here we found beyond what we consider essential for a beautiful family holiday. First of all the fantastic staff, nice, kind and considerate. It makes you feel at home without missing anything, really very helpful. I state that, for those who complain about the cost reserved parking, the paid places in the city are 30 euros per day... so I would say that 15 euros is a good compromise (also the 'hotel provides at the same price a pass to park at the parking lot of the port opposite that otherwise would be disc time three hours, we had a great time with this solution). The room very intimate but equipped with everything you need, quiet and with air conditioning in the room. The intercontinental breakfast is well stocked and rich even for celiacs and lactose intolerant as well as vegans, even in this case you do not miss anything. Great location near the seafront and the center of Rapallo. We were also very happy with the attention to our dog who could follow us everywhere in the hotel, even at breakfast without having to stay locked in the room. At 3 km from the hotel there is a wonderful free beach for dogs the baubau beach, another advantage on our part. Well what about .. next summer we already know where to book!
