Legalized scam. They exploit the folds of the law, which does not provide for the right of withdrawal for hotel services, to earn money without actually offering the service. I booked on 20/08/2024 an overnight stay scheduled for the night 23/08/2024. Immediately after Reservation I realized that it was not possible for me to check in by 21:00, as stated in the description. I then asked for a refund on the Booking platform which was ignored. I contacted the property by phone, spoke to a rude person who suggested I wait for the Owner, who I also asked if it was possible to arrange for a late check in. I called back in the evening and received no Response. I contacted the numbers that can be reached online and no one answered. I managed to get a Response only via whatsapp, in which I was suggested to cancel the Reservation, because it was not possible to arrange for a late check in (penalty: 100% of the price paid). At this point, hoping to do something pleasing to the structure, I asked to make a date change through the Booking Reservation platform, the request was immediately rejected. I hope this extremely negative experience will keep many other people away from this facility.

I had booked a night with my boyfriend but when we arrived there they did not accept us, my boyfriend with his photo ID card, they did not want to take us for that and obviously no refund possible, 80 € give to these scammers, they even told us to go to the police but they couldn't do anything because it was the hotel that didn't want to accept us, plus they don't speak French at all, so do attention!!

We stayed 2nights. The hotel charged our credit card twice and 3 weeks on are still disputing this despite us providing copies of our credit card statememt. Booking.com have been very poor in supporting us with this, not responding to emails or doing what they say they will,so be very careful if you book this hotel and use booking.com
