Milano Hotel

We arrive at the car park supposedly free on the site. The evening caretaker arrives AGGRESSIVELY asking if we had booked a room. 1st SURPRISE 15 € for parking. 2nd SURPRISE, no digicode to return after 2am so no room despite having booked it The room rotten, the shower joints rotten, hair dryer plug all twisted and not used for FEAR of ELECTROCUTING. SHAMEFUL!!!! Review to amateurs, I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST. For myself and my partner, we'll NEVER go again. Room 211

Very well located and pleasant hotel in a quiet area The breakfast is plentiful and varied The staff is friendly and present The rooms have large 180 cm beds. Too bad there is no air conditioning in the rooms A good price-performance ratio I recommend

I asked for help in this 3* hotel to explain me the way to my accommodation which was not their one. They refused me to help and even didn't allowed me to use for 1 minute their WiFi to ask Google maps for help - they just sent me away, waving his hands saying ciao ciao and treated me like a homeless person. I wouldn't have asked if I would really need help. Very unkind and disrespectful behavior. This was very disappointing.
