Very elegant and welcoming hotel....It is a short distance from the center but easily reachable. Professional staff and a very helpful concierge to explain the property to you.....Stayed in the low season and was offered an upgrade to a much more spacious and charming Family Room....Room with everything necessary, excellent cleanliness....You also find much higher-end amenities that are hard to find....(Earplugs, sleep mask, dental floss, mouthwash, etc...... VERY VARIED BREAKFAST AND PRESENTED EXCELLENTLY, VERY FRESH PRODUCTS AND HIGH-LEVEL SINGLE PORTIONS..... Bathrobe one of the softest I have tried in this category of hotel... ADVANTAGEOUS PRICE WITH A HIGHLY SUPERIOR QUALITY....👍...

A fully renovated and very interesting 5-star hotel located in the western part of Sanremo. The room was a little odd, but very clean and functional. I also noticed that all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the level of hospitality at this hotel is excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

The hotel offers extremely bad quality overpriced food at the restaurant which spoils the whole experience ....beside the furnitures and overall inroom design and fitting look extremely cheap and entry level, only two positive aspects reception and valet boy very helpful the rest is 3 stars but not 5stars at all
