small hotel of 3 or 4 bedrooms, we had a room with balcony very nice to brunch for aperitif with a nice view of the large square and the sea, impeccable cleanliness, modern room, double or triple glazing very efficient no noise at night or in the morning. Only the shower cabin was a little small. In the morning don't worry if the hot water takes time to arrive it must be a pressure story. Silent and efficient air conditioning. Michel was great and very good advice.

Very nice location, if not one of the best because located in the middle of Sanremo above a very beautiful square animated by their market or flea market....at the foot of all shops, bakery; supermarket; Mcdonalds ; very well appointed room very well isolated from outside noise very clean and very warm welcome from our host for the nice little corners or restaurants to be renewed as soon as possible...(Alassio)..

This was a last minute booking and the host was welcoming and helpful. The location can’t be beat, right on the main square with close, inexpensive parking - a rarity in Italy in my experience. The room was clean and well furnished. A great value.
