I had a comfortable stay at Best Western Genoa, made especially memorable thanks to Carlotta and Michele, who were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Their friendliness and willingness to assist really elevated the experience.
The location is excellent — easy to get around, and the hotel itself is clean, well-kept, and has good air conditioning, which made returning after a hot day feel like a relief.
Breakfast was so‑so. It did the job, but it wasn’t a standout part of the stay.
