I stayed for three nights at the Hotel Jolanda in Santa Margherita Ligure and the experience was excellent in every aspect. The hotel's strong point is undoubtedly the service: professional, friendly, and impeccable in all departments. A special thanks goes to Irene at the front desk, who handled every request of ours with great helpfulness, courtesy, and professionalism. Always present, efficient, and punctual, she helped make our stay even more pleasant. A round of applause also to the Housekeeping department: the room was always perfectly clean, tidy, and cared for down to the smallest detail. Compliments to the entire Hotel Jolanda team. It is always a pleasure to find a property where attention to the guest really makes the difference. We will return with great pleasure!

A boutique hotel in the city center and a stone's throw from the sea. The room was large and clean. With a nice terrace. There is a kettle, a fridge. However, there is no coffee machine and courtesy water. The bathroom is not big though with a nice shower. Body cream is missing in the kit. The exceptional breakfast with everything you could wish for. Friendly and professional staff. There is the possibility to use a parking lot at 15 € per day.
